It is not practical to have a rule to cover every situation that may arise. However, as a guide, you can assume that you should not engage in any activity that adversely interferes with your own work or the work of others.
Breach of the following Company rules, which are not all inclusive, may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate dismissal:
- Falsifying employment or production records, or giving false information with reference to any of these, will result in immediate dismissal.
- Use or possession of narcotics or alcohol on the Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s premises.
- Willful injury or attempted bodily injury to another on Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s premises, or horseplay of any nature that endangers persons or property.
- Engaging in a fight or assaulting anyone on Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s premises.
- Removal of Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s property or the property of another employee from Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s premises without proper authorization or the personal use of Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s property or property of any employee without the owner’s consent.
- Destruction of Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s property through negligence or through failure to use proper working methods and procedures after having been properly instructed.
- Threatening and/or intimidation to anyone.
- Continuous inefficiency or reported violation of instructions.
- Violation of any safety rule or failure to report to management any accident resulting in injury.
- Use or possession of fire arms, explosives, or dangerous weapons of any kind on Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s premises.
- Behaving immorally or indecently on Mattox Employment’s or their Client’s premises.
- Failing to report to work, loafing on the job, loitering or leaving work stations without permission or justifiable reason during scheduled work time.
